England FIFA World cup 2014 fans all set to fly to Brazil

England is all pepped-up and excited for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2014 fever, which is scheduled to take place in Brazil this year. If to be believed to the latest information revealed by FIFA, a total number of 53, 387 England fans are headed to Brazil this summer to witness the grandeur of the biggest single-event sporting competition in the world, the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

The final sales phase of tickets on April 15th saw 126, 837 tickets requested from fans from around the world within the first four hours of opening of ticket sales.

Latest ticket sales figures across all countries released by FIFA are as follows-

  • Germany, with 53,583 tickets is on the top of the list.
  • After Germany, England fans are on the second no. with 53, 387 tickets.
  • France receives 31, 608 tickets.
  • Switzerland took 17, 298 tickets.
  • Holland took over 14,741 tickets.
  • Spain received 12,985 tickets.
  • Russia bought 10,003 tickets.
  • Israel took 9,937 tickets.
  • While, Italy received lowest tickets 9, 539.
